Our Story
Our restaurant began the way many meaningful things do - around a family table.
We are four family members who came together with one shared vision: to build something of our own that reflects who we are and where we come from. As a husband and wife team with experience owning and operating a restaurant, we understood the dedication, hard work, and heart it takes to build something lasting. But we also knew that if we were going to do this again, it had to be deeply personal.
That’s where Mom and Auntie came in.
With their lifelong knowledge of Korean cooking — the kind that isn’t learned from recipes, but from years spent in home kitchens — they brought the soul. When we talked about what kind of food we wanted to serve, the answer became clear very quickly. We wanted dishes that spark nostalgia. Food that every Korean person instantly recognizes. The flavors that remind you of childhood lunches, family gatherings, and simple, comforting meals.
That’s how we landed on kimbap and bibimbap.
Together, we blend experience and tradition — modern restaurant operations with generations of authentic Korean home cooking. Every roll of kimbap and every bowl of bibimbap carries our family’s story.
